Do I need to appear in the video myself?
No. Choose Personalised if you'd like the film built from your own approved photos, or Generic Cinematic if you'd rather not appear — either way the script, message and branding are tailored to you. See Personalised and Generic Cinematic for the full detail.
Does this use AI?
Yes — AI-assisted tools help produce the cinematic scenes, but every film is scripted, planned and managed by a person from your first enquiry to final delivery. We disclose this clearly because we think it matters that you know.
Will this guarantee me a job, more sales or more bookings?
No. This is a professional promotional video, not a guarantee of any outcome. It's built to make a genuinely strong impression, not to make unrealistic promises.
How many revisions are included?
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds — see Packages & Pricing. We don't offer unlimited revisions; additional rounds beyond your package can be added if needed.
How long does delivery take?
Turnaround depends on the package and how quickly your script is approved — we'll confirm an estimated delivery time when you get in touch.
What photos or footage can I use?
Anything you own or have explicit permission to use — of yourself, your staff, your premises, your products or previous work. If anyone else is identifiable in your material, they need to have consented too. See Consent & Content Permissions.
Can I request a specific song for the soundtrack?
We use commercially licensed music so every film is safe for you to publish. We can't add a copyrighted song you don't hold the rights to.
Do you only work with people and businesses in Scotland?
No — we're based in Scotland but the whole process is completed remotely, so we work with people and businesses across the UK, and potentially further afield.
What format will my video be in?
Landscape is standard on every package. Portrait, square and short social-media cut-downs are available depending on your package — see Packages & Pricing.
How do I get started?
